How I Deliver Results
I believe good sales leadership is built on structure, clarity, and consistent coaching, not motivational speeches. My job is to create an environment where reps know exactly what success looks like and have the tools to get there.
Coaching is a weekly discipline, not an occasional event.
Every rep reviews at least one call per week, and I review it with them. We grade against scorecards, identify specific moments for improvement, and turn them into clear action items for next week. Coaching isn’t theoretical; it’s tied directly to real conversations and real deals.
Pipeline inspection is about visibility, not pressure.
We run weekly pipeline and KPI reviews focused on activity, conversion, coverage, and forecast accuracy. The goal isn’t to interrogate reps, it’s to surface problems early and solve them together. When the math is clear, decisions get easier, and performance becomes more predictable.
Accountability and trust go hand in hand.
I set clear expectations early and hold the team to them. Reps perform best when they understand the standards and know feedback is direct, fair, and focused on helping them win. I’m steady in tough conversations and consistent in how I apply expectations.
I operate cross-functionally to remove friction.
Sales doesn’t exist in isolation. I work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Enablement, and Operations to tighten handoffs, align messaging, and eliminate obstacles that slow the team down.

Jesse was hired on with Wework as part of a core 10 to launch Wework in a new market. He has not only been an integral part in his own role but to that of his teammates' successes as well.
